Twin daybed and dedicated work space. Tons of windows to let in all the natural light and the breeze from the ocean!!
AC in summer.
Kitchen has hot plate and electric fry pan for cooking. Microwave on top the fridge. Coffee Kureg for a single cup at a time. Skylight lets in a lot of sunlight, but it also has a dark-out shade that you can close if you're a day sleeper.
Generous sized fridge.
Kitchen is equipped with an induction hotplate, a coffee station and cooking equipment.

Overview

Inquire for MONTHLY rates on this cozy winter refuge alongside the creek. Across the street from the beach, this is your own quiet haven in Birch Bay. Private, tranquil, and surrounded by nature.   This tiny home has one twin bed, bathroom, and kitchenette.

PETS: Allows cats and dogs. Please check for any other animals. $60 per pet/per stay, with a maximum of two pets, with a combined total of 30 pounds.  Cats welcome!

This was a wonderful and charming place to stay on a long road trip. Enjoyed the layout of the place, and the kitchen was well stocked for making my own meals. Great bathroom too! Really lovely walks along the beach at Birch Bay State Park.

Nichole’s tiny home was as descirbed. Nichole fixed the hot water issue immediatly. Great stay for single person!
